WANTED: Contract Grant Writers

The Montgomery County (Maryland) Department of Health and Human Services will release an open solicitation for contract grant writers. While the solicitation is open to everyone, each potential contracted writer should be familiar with the agencies and topics of interest to the county DHHS and must also be able to attend meetings in Rockville, Maryland.
