GPA NCA member Marci Levin was invited by the Chronicle of Philanthropy to share her thoughts and her decades-long, hands-on experience in working to eradicate the poverty. Marci, a grants and fund development professional and an arts consultant, currently works for the Kirov Academy of Ballet of Washington, D.C.
