The conference will guide grant professionals and other professionals impacted by grants in navigating the waves of change brought by a new U.S. fiscal year and new executive and legislative leadership. The impact of those changes on philanthropic organizations, grant seeking, and grant management will be examined through insightful sessions including:
- Strategic targeting of potential funders and cultivating grant maker relationships
- Making a compelling case in an increasingly competitive and changing environment
- Role of collaborations in producing a grant proposal in a changing environment
- Assessing programmatic and organizational success through evaluation measurement
